We invite you to a unique tasting dinner culinary journey, where each dish is a carefully crafted composition of flavour, aroma and aesthetics.

The evening begins with an amuse-bouche, a small, sophisticated appetiser that stimulates the appetite and subtly introduces the character of the feast to come. This is followed by an aromatic soup, prepared with the highest quality ingredients, providing a delicate introduction to the further taste sensations to come.

The main part of the dinner includes two original culinary suggestions: a meat dish and a fish dish. Each dish is prepared with the utmost attention to detail in order to bring out the fullness of natural flavours and harmoniously combine them with carefully selected accompaniments.

Between courses, we serve an intermezzo, a light, refreshing accent that cleanses the palate and prepares it for the next compositions. The evening culminates with a dessert, a subtle combination of sweet and sour notes, leaving an elegant and lasting impression.
